Committees

In pursuit of the vision of sustainable corporate management, the company has established a Sustainability Development Committee in accordance with the company's 'Practical Guidelines for Sustainable Development' to supervise and manage the company's sustainable development efforts in the environmental, social, and governance aspects. This committee is under the jurisdiction of the board of directors, functioning as a specialized committee, with the Chairman of the Board serving as the Chief Commissioner, and the General Manager as the Deputy Chief Commissioner. The committee consists of four independent directors and meets at least twice a year to report on the implementation of sustainability development to the board of directors for review.

Sustainability Development Committee Operation Information:
The term of office for the current committee members is from May 18, 2021, to May 17, 2023 (or until the shareholders' meeting in 2023 for re-election). In the fiscal year 2023, the committee has convened twice, reporting on the Company's achievements in ESG initiatives and the operation of integrity management in the fiscal year 2022, the execution status of risk management in the fiscal year 2022, the progress of greenhouse gas inventory and verification schedule, and the approval of the Company's short, medium, and long-term sustainable development goals and action plans, as well as the activities planning and budget proposal for the fiscal year 2024 by the Charitable Foundation.
