Our company has established safety and health related policies and work rules to provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment. Related items include regular annual safety inspections of factory and fire equipment, regular semi-annual monitoring of the operating environment (such as carbon dioxide, lead, lighting, noise), daily environmental cleaning, regular on-site visits by a full-time nurse every week, consultations by a doctor every season, annual health examinations for employees, and two weekly stress-relieving massages and other health promotion activities, as well as providing relevant safety and health education and training. In 2021, in response to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company immediately established a task force and implemented various epidemic prevention measures (epidemic prevention materials preparation, environment cleaning, temperature monitoring, entry and exit and travel control, remote office planning, etc.) and regular weekly office environment disinfection. In addition, it established epidemic prevention and hygiene education courses. The health and safety related education and training courses were held in total with 113 trainees and accumulated time of 388 hours in 2021.

The physical and mental well-being of our staff is of paramount importance to Fitipower. In addition to employing visually impaired massage therapists to provide shoulder and neck relief on a regular basis, a breastfeeding room is also available to cater to mothers' lactation needs.
We also offer regular quarterly medical consultations by doctors at our factory and annual free teaching-hospital-level check-ups for our employees.
