On May 12, 2020, the Board of Directors appointed the Officer of Finance and Accounting of the Company as the Officer of Corporate Governance, together with two corporate governance personnel, whose primary responsibilities include conducting meetings of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the shareholders as required by law; taking minutes of the aforementioned meetings; assisting directors in their assumption of office and continuing education; providing information necessary for directors to carry out their business; and assisting directors in complying with laws and regulations. The Company's corporate governance officer has at least three years of experience as the head of finance and stock affairs of a public company and has completed further studies as prescribed by law. The Company's Board of Directors resolved on November 8, 2021 to appoint a full-time officer for corporate governance.
