Employee Retirement System and Implementation

Starting on July 1, 2005, all employees voluntarily chose to apply for the new labor retirement system and the company pays 6% of their monthly salary as retirement pay, which is deposited into the employee's personal retirement account. The company's confirmed retirement pay expenses under the retirement pay method is 42,245,000 NTD in 2022.
