Group Succession Plan
To ensure the stability of the organization's operation and management, the Group attaches importance to the implementation of succession planning for middle and senior managers. The Group regularly organizes the Carnegie High Performance Manager Program for middle and senior managers to actively build up the core functions required by the organization, and has created a succession ladder for the middle and upper echelons through five major components: leadership and care, reform and innovation, communication and negotiation, strategic arrangement and performance supervision. On top of cultivating vertical professional competencies, the Group also broadens its cross-team management and enriches its experience through horizontal job rotation to enhance its team building and resource management capabilities. In addition, in order to ensure that the successor is able to carry out the organization's vision, values and mission, senior managers are appointed as succession coaches to regularly meet with the successor to assess his or her maturity in business thinking and decision making, so as to ensure that the successor can continue to lead the organization's growth and create sustainable corporate value.
