3Q22 consolidated revenue of NT$4,191 million, down 22.3 % from previous quarter and 37.3% year-over-year.
3Q22 consolidated gross margin of 31.1%, down 6.5 percentage points from previous quarter and 18.4 percentage points year-over-year.
3Q22 consolidated operating income of NT$450 million, down 60.9% from previous quarter and 81.7 % year-over-year.

Consolidated Revenue
Fitipower Integrated Technology Inc. today announced financial results of third-quarter ended Sep 30, 2022. The third-quarter revenue was
NT$4,191 million, down 22.3% sequentially and 37.3% year-over-year.
The quarter-over-quarter and the year-over-year decreases were mainly due to each-sized driver IC and power IC products with lower demand.
Consolidated Gross Profit and Gross Margin
The third-quarter gross profit was NT$1,306 million, down 35.8% sequentially and 60.6% year-over-year.
Gross margin for the quarter was 31.1%, down 6.5 percentage points sequentially and 18.4 percentage points year-over-year.
The quarter-over-quarter and the year-over-year decreases in gross margin were mainly due to product mix changes.
Consolidated Net Income, Net Profit Margin and EPS
Net income for the quarter was NT$472 million, down 46.8% sequentially and 77.2% year-over-year. Net profit margin for
the quarter was 11.2%, lower than 16.4% previous quarter and 31.0% in the year-ago quarter.
EPS was NT$2.48, down from NT$4.04 in the prior quarter and NT$10.90 in the year-ago quarter.
